“Shake” was the debut single off of THE HOMIES latest studio LP, “It’s A Lot Going On.” I coproduced and cowrote on this record with the young gurus. We had cut quite a few records and the guys were trying to figure out what vibes they wanted to introduce from the project first. With ACE PRO as the group’s member and creative director, you can always expect an industry quality video production from The Homies. Ace also directs videos for global hiphop phenom JACK HARLOW, a fellow PRIVATE GARDEN affiliate along with the group. Shake gives you TIMBALAND-esque bounce with catchy flows, and a hard 808 bass. Nothing’s surprising coming from this creative powerhouse.
